Sixth Sense technology
I can't really describe Sixth Sense in a line. Sure, it is a system that projects information about what surrounds you over objects' surfaces, but it's also much more.
Basically, Sixth Sense is a mini-projector coupled with a camera and a cellphone—which acts as the computer and your connection to the Cloud, all the information stored on the web. Sixth Sense can also obey hand gestures, like in the infamous Minority Report.
However, instead of requiring you to be in front of a big screen like Tom Cruise, Sixth Sense can do its magic—and a lot more—everywhere, even while you are jumping hysteric over Oprah's sofa.
The camera recognizes objects around you instantly, with the micro-projector overlaying the information on any surface, including the object itself or your hand. Then, you can access or manipulate the information using your fingers. Need to make a call? Extend your hand on front of the projector and numbers will appear for you to click. Need to know the time? Draw a circle on your wrist and a watch will appear. Want to take a photo? Just make a square with your fingers, highlighting what you want to frame, and the system will make the photo—which you can later organize with the others using your own hands over the air.
Clearly, this has the potential of becoming the ultimate "transparent" user interface for accessing information about everything around us. If they can get rid of the colored finger caps and it ever goes beyond the initial development phase, that is. But as it is now, it may change the way we interact with the real world and truly give everyone complete awareness of the environment around us.

Volvo plant in INDIA
Volvo buses in India took the next step forward in the bus industry, by starting its own bus body building facility in india. The new facility is just adjascent to the existing chassis facility and aims to offer increased flexibility and to further improve thequality of its products.
The new facility of Volvo buses at Bangalore was launch with much fanfare, on 31st January 2008. The event reached bigger heights with the presence of all the bus customers in India as well as Volvo Bus Corporation President, Mr. Hakan Karlsson, along with his Bus Executive Committee members at the factory. Several dignitaries from the transport industry were also present for the function.
The new plant has a capacity of 1,000 buses annually, with projected production this year of 450 buses.

Konark-the sun temple Orrisa
One of the most stunning monuments of religious significance, a true masterpiece of architecture proudly stands in the form of Sun Temple at Konark. A culmination of Oriya architecture, the temple is a wonderful place as the language of stone defeats the human language here. Built in 13th century by King Narasimhadeva, the temple is designed in the shape of a colossal chariot with seven horses and twelve wheels, carrying the sun god, Surya, across heavens.
Located at a manageable distance from the seat of Lord Jagannath, Puri at 35 kms; the temple is around 65 kms from the capital city of Bhubaneswar. The name of Konark temple is an amalgamation of two words--Kona meaning corner and Arka meaning the Sun. That is to say that the Sun god worshipped in Ark Kshetra is called Konark. Legend says that after killing the demon Gyasur, Lord Vishnu placed his belongings at several places to commemorate the victory. With His conch at Puri, Disc in Bhubaneshwar and Mace in Jajapur; He placed the Lotus at Konark.
The temple being an important landmark in the coastal voyage of European sailors was named 'The Black Pagoda' by them. The mythological reference states that Lord Krishna's son Samba was smitten with leprosy due to his father's curse. The former underwent severe penance for 12 years at Mitravana near the confluence of Chandrabhaga River with the sea at Konark and ultimately succeeded in pleasing the God Surya, the healer of all skin diseases, and was cured of his illness. In gratitude, he decided to erect a temple in the honor of Surya.
While bathing in the river on the following day, he found an image of God, fashioned out of Surya's body by Viswakarma. Samba installed this image in a temple built by him in Mitravana, where he propitiated the God. Since then, this place has been regarded as sacred.
In ancient times worship of Sun god was in vogue and the people were accustomed with the worship of two Supreme deities--one mother Earth as Dharitri Maata and the other the Sun, the Dharam devata. Sun god is regarded as the supreme lord of the universe and the prime object of life giving energy, being the healer of diseases and bestower of desires.
Surya has been a popular deity in India since Vedic period. Therefore, it is described in Rig Veda regarding Prayer of Sun God as follows. It was dedicated to the Sun-God (Arka) popularly called Biranchi-Narayan, and the tract in which it is situated was known as Arka-Kshetra as well as padma-kshetra. Among the five great religious zones or Kshetra which were located in Orissa, Konark was considered to be one, the other four being Puri, Bhubaneswar, Mahavinayak, and Jajpur.
How to reach Konark city:
This prominent tourist destination of East India, Konark is well linked to all the major parts of the country by air, rail as well as road.
Konark by Air - The Bhubaneswar airport is the most expedient point for entering the city with a number of flights connecting Konark with Kolkata, Delhi, Hyderabad, and Chennai plying on a regular basis.
By Rail / Train - Located in the twin cities of Puri and Bhubaneswar, the railway stations at Konark is well linked with almost all the major destinations in India by regular trains.
By Road - An extensive road network of within Konark, connects it well to the rest of the country via National highways and State highways linking it with Puri, Bhubaneswar and other cities in Orissa and its neighboring states.

City in PYRAMID@Tokyo
Friends have u ever thinked of a city in pyramid...here it is. The Shimizu TRY 2004 Mega-City Pyramid is proposed project for construction of a massive pyramid over Tokyo Bay in Japan. The structure would be 12 times higher than the Great Pyramid at Giza, and would house 750,000 people. If built, it would be the largest man-made structure in Earth's history. The structure would be 2,004 meters high and would help answer Tokyo's increasing lack of space, although the project would only handle 1/47th of the Greater Tokyo Area's population.
Dimenssions:
Perimeter of the foundation above ground would be 2,000 metres (2,200 yd). Area of the foundation is 8 square kilometres (3.1 sq mi). Infrastructure is an area of approximately 25 square kilometres (9.7 sq mi). Gross building area is about 88 square kilometres (34 sq mi) of facilities layers:
Layers 1 to 4: residential, offices, etc.
Layers 5 to 8: research, leisure, etc.
The height of each layer is 250.5 m (for 8 layers, the pyramid is 2,004 m tall).
The pyramid structure would be composed of 204 smaller pyramids stacked eight high. Each of these smaller pyramids would be about the size of the Luxor Hotel in Las Vegas.
Interior traffic:
The Transportation within the city would be provided by accelerating walkways, inclined elevators, and a personal rapid transit system where automated pods would travel within the trusses its really awesome.
Housing and office space would be provided by twenty four or more 30-story high[2] skyscrapers suspended from above and below, and attached to the pyramid's supporting structure with nanotube cables.
Expectations:
According to Discovery Channel's documentary on the pyramid it would be complete within the year 2110.

Hawa mahal built in 1799, by Maharaja Sawai Pratap Singh, is the most recognizable monument of Jaipur. The 5 storied stunning semi-octagonal monument having 152 windows with over hanging latticed balconies is a fine piece of Rajput architecture. Originally designed for the royal ladies to watch and enjoy the processions and other activities, on the street below. Now it houses a well laid out museum. The display “Jaipur past and present” is the special feature of this newly setup museum.

In the easrteran countries there is a mistery lied.. They are the crop circles..ie In their feilds which contain paddy ,wheat, sugarcane etc etc crop there formed some circles which where very strange to see.. All the people over there were frightened and were in confused state...
There came so many stories like these circle cant be formed by Humans, so they were murmering that these would have being formed by some Aliens or the demons at that time.Some were telling that these are due to the Space ships landed in the feilds which carried the alleins.
On the other hand some directors used them for the shooting spots in their films..Some directirs created it as an horror and some created that as a alien mistery.Even some people over there created the spots as tourism places and collected fare on it.
As this was on the one side on the other pace two people of england came before the media saying that they only formed the crop circles for creating confusion and puzzle in the minds of scientists.
